Elexir Omega-3 Forte is a food supplement with highly concentrated fish oil with 70% omega-3 per capsule. The high concentration of omega-3 means that you get the recommended daily dose with just one capsule per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Omega-3 are polyunsaturated fatty acids that affect several important functions in the body, for example EPA and DHA that contribute to the normal function of the heart and eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elexir Omega-3 Forte is manufactured in Norway from pure and stable, high-quality fish oil from suppliers who fish in sustainable stocks. The supplier of fish oil is connected to, among others, Friends of the Sea and IFFO Responsible Supply, two non-profit and independent organizations that focus on sustainable fishing and social responsibility. The supplier also follows the UN Global Compact, the UN’s initiative for business with social responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dosage & use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dosage: Recommended daily intake for adults: 1-2 capsules per day with a meal. Recommended intake should not be exceeded. If you are being treated with blood-thinning medication or are about to undergo surgery, consult your doctor\/nurse before starting to use fish oil products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
